We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12pm same day. Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays

We accept payment by Credit or Debit card on-line using PAYPAL.  We also accept payment via the post, by cheque or postal order.

Cheques and Postal Order.

We aim to send all orders the same day as the cheque/postal order clears.

Returns

All goods returned for refund or exchange must be received at our address within 14 days of purchase and must be in a new and unused condition and in original packaging intact/undamaged. We suggest that you make any returns to us by recorded/special delivery as we regret we cannot be held responsible for any good lost in the post to us.  A full refund excluding the delivery charge will be given

Faulty or Damaged Items

If there is a problem with any of the goods, please contact us immediately.  And we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Out of Stock Items

If in the unlikely event that a certain item is not available you will be contacted to arrange a refund or replacement.
